  1. I have an account with Metro have had for several years now I am having problems with my phone saying no network and no sim card inserted when it is. The sim card was taken out put into another phone and put back into my Samsung phone and now it says I have no network and sim card cannot be read to insert sim card and I did and still getting the same error message. I can not call out or have any incoming calls I do not know how else to contact customer service for this issue can you please help with this issue asap thank you. my account number is 205-362-8127 and I do know my pin number I called the local metro store and they was totally no help at all. please again HELP!!!
