If you don’t have a PIN, you will require the following information
- Social Security Number
- Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY format)
- Last Name including suffix
- ZIP or Postal Code
- The numeric portion of your street address or P.O. Box
And if you have a PIN, you just need two information two enter to verify your account
- Social Security Number
- PIN
After entering the required details, submit your details click on CONTINUE.
